Somerset CC is an Accredited Training Organisation with PeopleCert.  We have extensive experience in delivering ITIL®, COBIT and ISO/IEC 20000 training having delivered the first ITIL® accredited training course in 1991 and the first ITIL® Foundation course in 1995.  We have accreditation for all ITIL® examination based courses and have developed additional ITIL® offerings as well.  We are also accredited to deliver VeriSM Foundation training and can deliver Lean SixSigma Yellow and Green Belt courses.
